Seeds - Orach Red
Also known as mountain spinach, this beautiful leafy green has a slightly salty flavour and may be added raw when small to salads. Larger leaves are best cooked as per spinach. Try adding a leaf to rice as it's cooking to give it a pink hue.
May be grown as a garden ornamental bush - height to approx. 1 metre.
