Seeds - Celtuce
An unusual vegetable which has dual uses. The young leaves may be used as per lettuce in salads. Once the plant starts to go to flower, the stalk may be harvested and chopped to use in stir fries, sauted and in soups and stews. It is said to have an asparagus / celery like flavour.
