Seeds - Celeriac
Although this vegetable would not win any beauty pagents, its flavour more than makes up for its looks. Bringing a celery like flavour to salads, soups and adding a depth of flavour to stocks, celeriac is an essential vegetable in any cooks garden. Harvesting the stems has been known to increase the size of the root, so don't let the stems or leaves go to waste. They also have a celery like flavour.
