If you are going to grow an orange carrot, this is the one to pick! Virtually coreless, good sized carrot which grows well during Winter in cool climates. Heirloom dated late 1800's.
 
Carrots need loose soil to grow well. Keep moist during the germination period, which may take two to three weeks.
