Seeds - Amaranth Red Garnet
Stunning red ornamental, yet edible leaves. May be eaten as baby leaf or stripped from the stem and cooked as per spinach. Will hold their colour when lightly cooked. Will readily self seed - cut off flowering head to avoid weed potential.
