Seed sets - Egyptian walking onions

A true heirloom walking onion - variety "Pa's pride." 
6 sets of walking onion bulbils. Generally planted in our cool climate in April and May, for a December to January harvest, but may be planted anytime throughout Autumn and Winter. Plant each seed set as a whole - there is no need to separate into individual bulbs. The seed set will grow to produce a cluster of onions at the base of the plant, which makes a wonderful, tasty alternative to brown onions. This cluster will send up a stalk upon which smaller bulbils will appear. These may be eaten, left to "walk" or replanted to create next seasons walking onion crop.
