Summer
Heirloom tomatoes, lettuce, zucchini, cucumber, carrots, beetroot, radish, warrigal greens, rhubarb, herbs, pea tendrils, sunflower shoots, seasonal microgreens.
Being field grown, our Summer market garden is in full production from late January until late March.
Autumn / Winter
Heirloom carrots, beetroot, kale, radish, turnips, broccoletti, ruby chard, spinach, lettuce, mustard greens, snow peas, warrigal greens, rocket, herbs, pea shoots, seasonal microgreens.
Frost sweetened Winter vegetables are incredible! This is our favourite time in the market garden.
Spring
Romanesco broccoli, kale, broccoletti, kale-ini, purple broccoletti, carrots, beetroot, radish, lettuce, rocket, turnips, mustard greens, snow peas, warrigal greens, herbs, pea tendrils, sunflower shoots, seasonal microgreens.
